Miranda 0.10.27 (32-bit), messenger all in one
Miranda IM is a small, fast, easy to use instant messenger which supports multiple protocols and many UI and service features that can enable users of all knowledge levels to easily unite all their friends, accounts and chat sessions inside one app. It is very fast and uses very little system resources and requires no installation and can even be made to fit on a single floppy disk or USB drive and run from them without installation on PC. By default Miranda IM comes with only a few basic features, but its functions always expand by the adding of (more than 350 by now) plug-ins that cover everything from simple visual tweaks to large functionality changes like adding of new chat protocols. This is what makes it the right choice for the novice and the advanced users alike.

Main window of Miranda is very familiar looking, resembling any number of other popular Windows chat clients. As always, main window dedicates almost entire real estate to the friendlist, with tools being present above and below it that can enable you easy access to app functions – control of accounts, your online state, add new account, manage sounds, add friends, etc. Chat window holds as many communication tabs as you like, with easy access to emoticons, logs, dictionary, text formatting tools and more.

All of this makes Miranda a very pleasant to use multi-protocol chat client that is perfect for everyone who wants to easily access their friends on networks such as MSN, Yahoo, Facebook, Aim, and many others.

Partially or fully Miranda supports the following protocols:
  • AIM (AOL Instant Messenger)
  • Facebook
